If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice and we will investigate and act on valid claims, which may include removing or disabling access to the material.
Submitting a takedown notice
A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site that is allegedly infringing, with a URL specific enough for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Send notices via our contact page with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Please allow a reasonable time for review.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact information plus consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or remove content and contributors that repeatedly infringe copyright.
